At AmBee’s Creations, all sales are final. Because each item is handmade and customized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If an error occurs on our part or your order arrives damaged/incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue as best as we can — whether through repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.
